$18,500.00

A large Flemish School 17th Century oil on canvas painting, unsigned, but in the manner of Joos de Momper II and Jan Breughel the Elder depicting travelers in a woodland landscape. The painting features many woodland features with water flowing down a spout, and a distant lake with castle. The travelers appear to be stopped and asking directions from a woman in Italian clothing. A dog is prominently standing in front of the travelers on guard. Another man and woman are seated by, while a child is sleeping, hat over his head, and a small white dog nearby.
