All items sold by Revival House Antiques are vintage or antique and, as such, are in used condition. Items may display signs of age and wear, including but not limited to splits, cracks, wormholes, or other age-related imperfections.  We make every effort to clearly describe any notable damage or condition issues in the item description. Shipping - Domestic Orders (Contiguous U.S.)

All purchases include free shipping within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Small Items (including decorative objects, framed works, and accessories) are shipped via UPS, FedEx Ground, or USPS, typically within 2-9 business days. The carrier is selected at the discretion of Revival House Antiques

  • Larger Items (such as furniture or large paintings) are shipped via freight or blanket wrap service, usually within 6-8 business weeks. These deliveries include white glove service with inside delivery, unpacking and debris removal.

All items are shipped fully insured. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect all deliveries upon arrival and to note any shipping damage on the delivery receipt before signing. If damage has occurred in transit, it must be reported to both the carrier and Revival House Antiques immediately. Once the delivery receipt is signed without exceptions noted, no insurance claim can be filed, and all liability is released. If there is damage to an item, and there is a need to file an insurance claim, the buyer is responsible for taking clear photographs of the box from all sides, shipping label, and photos of the damaged item per the carrier’s requirements. Claims may also require the buyer to either obtain a repair quote for the item (if repairable), or to surrender the damaged item to the carrier.

The shipping provider for large items will typically contact the buyer in advance to schedule the delivery and again on the day of delivery with an estimated arrival time. Buyers must be present to accept freight or blanket wrap deliveries. Any shipping costs incurred due to missed appointments or redelivery will be the responsibilty of the buyer.

Shipping - International Orders and Non-Contiguous U.S.

We are pleased to offer international shipping on small items and paintings, as well as to customers in Alaska and Hawaii. Large furniture pieces cannot be shipped internationally or to non-contiguous U.S. locations due to freight limitations.

  • International buyers are responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, and any import duties, VAT or customs fees.

  • Shipping for these orders must be arranged prior to purchase, and quotes will be provided upon request.

  • Please contact us via email for an international shipping estimate specific to your location and the item in question.

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purcahse from Revival House Antiuqes. Returns are accepted within 30 dyas of delivery, provided the item is returned in the exact same condition in which it was received.

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Items that are returned damaged or altered will not be elgibile for a refund.

  • Returns will not be acccepted for items that differ from expectations based on age-related wear clearly noted in the item description.
